One of my favorite verses to pray for my family.
Each one of us have the free will to choose to serve God or not to serve Him. But we can influence the spiritual realm in which our family members walk by praying God's word over them. I just want their circumstances, the people in their lives, the ideas that come to them by whatever influence to be drawing them to the Savior.
If you have family members that you would like to see come into the family of God find encouragement in verses just like this one that show God's heart of love and compassion toward each one.
Father, I thank You that You want my family to love and follow You and that You will love and bless them in return. I pray that you would begin removing the calluses on their hearts that have caused them to turn away from You. Make their hearts soft and pliable that they might hear Your Spirit whispering words of love--that love that is eternal, that love that wants the very best for each one of them. Thank You Father, that You care.
